Jammu, Nov 22: Janak Raj Kotwal Registrar General of J&K High Court
has issued orders of transfers and posting of Judicial Officers.
According to the order No 735 dated November 22, 2011, Vinod Chatterji
Koul Additional District & Sessions Judge Udhampur has been
transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Anantnag
against available vacancy.
Mr. Abdul Rashid Bhat Registrar Judicial High Court Srinagar Wing has
been transferred and posted on deputation as Member J&K Special
Tribunal Srinagar, Muzaffar Iqbal Qureshi Member J&K Special Tribunal
Srinagar has been posted as Additional District Judge TADA/POTA
Srinagar, he shall also hold additional charge of the Court of
Additional District Judge Bank Cases Srinagar with effect from
December 1, 2011, Mohd Ashraf Malik Additional District Judge
TADA/POTA Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Additional
District & Sessions Judge Anantnag, Mohinder Kumar Sharma Additional
District & Sessions Judge Anantnag transfer and posted as Additional
District & Sessions Judge Udhampur, Mohd Yousaf Akhoon Special Judge
Anticorruption Srinagar is transferred and posted Registrar Judicial
High Court Srinagar Wing. Aijaz Ahmed Mir Presiding Officer MACT
Srinagar is transferred and posted as Special Judge Anticorruption
Srinagar, Ashok Kumar 4th Additional
District & Sessions Judge Srinagar has been transferred and posted on
deputation as Presiding Officer MACT Srinagar, In the transfer and
posting order it has been mentioned that 3rd Additional Sessions Judge
Srinagar Yash Pal Kotwal shall hold the charge of Court of 4th
Additional District & Sessions Judge Srinagar, Mr. Romesh Kumar Wattal
Principal District & Sessions Judge Kargil and Mohd Ibrahim Wani
Additional District & Sessions Judge Srinagar shall swap their place
of posting. Mr. Shahzad Azeem (direct Recruitment) appointed as
District & Sessions Vide Govt order dated August 4, 2011 has been
posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Kupwara against
available vacancy.
According to the order Javed Alam CJM Ganderbal is
transferred and posted as Sub-Judge Chadoora against newly upgraded
post, Abdul Qayoom Mir Munsiff Chadoora has been transferred and
posted Munsiff Anantnag, Ms Tabassum Qadir Parray Munsiff Anantnag has
been transferred and posted Munsiff Leave Reserve High Court Srinagar
