| ABVP to hold maha dharna on Nov 25 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 23:Continuing its crusade against the new recruitment policy of the state government, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad is going to organize its proposed Maha Dharna at Shaheedi Sthal, GGM Science College Jammu on November 25. Students in large number from various colleges in and around city are going to participate, in order to register their protest against anti-people and anti-youth policy of the government and compel the government for its early revocation.
To organize its Maha Dharna at Shaheedi Sthal, GGM Science College Jammu, a resolution was unanimously passed today in an emergency meeting held at ABVP state headquarters under the leadership of Jammu Mahanagar President Rakesh Sharma.
All the ABVP leaders were of the opinion that Shaheedi Sthal is an inspiration point for all the youth of Jammu & Kashmir, as this is a symbol of great sacrifice by the students of Jammu who were protesting against the wrong policies of J&K government in 1966.
Speaking on the occasion, ABVP leader and GGM Science College President Raghav Sharma appealed to all the students and parents of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh to join the ABVP’S maha dharna in large numbers.
