| AJKMPJ for enhancing honourarium of Sarpanches | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Nov 23: All J&K Movement for Peace & Justice (AJKMPJ) today demands for enhancing monthly honorarium of the Sarpanches and the Panches so that they can discharge their great duties most efficiently and conscientiously.
In a press conference here today All J&K Movement for Peace & Justice today appealed to the government that they should announce a salary /remuneration of not less then 10,000/-pm for the Sarpanches & a salary not less than 3000/- for the Panches. If it fails to do so with in a month, than we exhort the surpenches & the Panches to assemble at Jammu on 24th of December and unitedly raise a strong voice in favour of this demand. Our organization will lend full support to them even if it requires “Gherao” of the Assembly.
