| KVIB Organizes 3day exhibition at Ganderbal | | | Early Times Report
KUPWARA, Nov 24: In order to give fillip to marketing efforts of the artisans belonging to Khadi and Village Industries Sector, a three day exhibition cum sale has been organized by the Khadi and Village Industries Board in Sultana Complex, Beehama and Ganderbal today.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Assistant Commissioner Revenue. The unit holders displayed various items like embroidered shawls, ladies suits, Readymade garments and khadi items like Namadas, Gabbas, and woolen clothes in the exhibition.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Chief Executive officer, Kashmir said that the exhibition will have far reaching benefits for the unit holders by selling the products manufactured by them, adding this will also provide an opportunity to create awareness among the masses in general and to the unemployed educated youth in particular.
Among others, a large number of artisans, entrepreneurs and local people participated in exhibition.
