| Socio-Economic Cast Census-11 reviewed | | | Early Times Report
KUPWARA, Nov 24: The District Census Officer (ADC), Kupwara today convened a meeting of officers related to census duty in the district. The census works were discussed during the review meeting.
Officers from CIC Kupwara, Information, Tehsildars Kupwara, Handwara and Karnah, District Coordinator Socio Economic and Cast Census Master Trainers were present in the meeting.
It was given out that the numerators and supervisory staff of Kupwara would be imparted census training on November 29 and 30, 2011 at Town Hall, Kupwara while the staff of census pertaining to Handwara Tehsil will be imparted training on December 02 and 03, 2011 at Environment Hall, Handwara by the Master Trainers.
The requisite material is being distributed on the same days for Kupwara, Handwara and Karnah by the Census section of DC Office, Kupwara. ADC, Kupwara impressed upon the concerned officers to complete the paper work and submit the same to NIC Kupwara for updating the figures.
