| GDC Poonch organizes impressive function | | | POONCH, NOVEMBER 25- An impressive function was organized by “Geographical Society” of Government Degree College Poonch here today.
Principal, Profession Girdhari Lal Sharma presided over the function whereas visiting principal Government Degree College Mendhar prof. Syed Shabir Hussain attended as guest of honour.
Among other Prof. Khadam Hussain I/C Geographical Society, Dr. Shamim Ahmed Bandey and other faculty members and students attended the function.
Visiting Prof. delivered extension lecture on Geographical study of India and of world. He remarked that Geography denotes rather teachs study of earth. He impressed upon students of the faculty to discover things realities by doing them practically. Nature has enriched universe and its soil with enormous gifts.
