| A day long awreness camp organized under KSY | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, November 26 : Department of Social welfare I.C.D.S Project Migrant Organized one day awareness camp under Kishori Shakti Yojana (KSY) for Adolescent girls at Ajeet Colony Jammu which was attended by more than 150 Adolescent girls & Women.
This awareness camp was organized with the aim to make Adolescent girls of age between 11-18 years aware about health and Nutritional needs, home skills, vocational skills etc.
Dr Narersh Kalsotra guided adolescent girls in personnel hygiene, nutrition, RTI ,STI etc. While addressing the gathering Amar Jyoti Raina CDPO migrant informed gathering at this project is going to conduct three orientation courses six days each for 90 Adolescent girls and two Vocational courses two month duration each for 60 Adolescent girls
Gurdeep Kour Principal AWTC, Sayida, Sabina, Nirmala , underline the importance of Girl education women right etc. The program was Attend by Migrant supervisors and Aganwari workers.
