HC directs respondents to consider their case for regularization | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Nov 26: J&K High Court Jammu Wing in a separate three petitions in which the petitioners working as Incharge Lecturers in Education Dept have sought their regularization from the date their junior private respondents have been regularized, has directed the respondents to accord consideration to regularization of petitioners as lecturers with the consequential benefits in the light of judgments and the respondents shall take a decision in the matter within six weeks from the date a copy of this order is served to respondents. Justice Hasnain Massodi after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma for the petitioners whereas Deputy AG S Hakim appeared for the State observed that in view of the case set-up and stand taken by the counsel for the parties, the petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondents to accord consideration to their regularization of petitions and lecturers with consequential benefits, in the light of the judgment referred by the counsel for the petitioners and further directed the respondents that they shall take a decision in the matter within six weeks from the date a copy of the order is served upon respondents.
