| State Level ‘Bharat Ko Jano’ quiz contest held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Nov 26: Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) J&K organized Bharat Ko Jano (BKJ) Quiz competition at MNKG Montessari High School Jammu on Saturday in which 9 teams in Junior and 10 teams in Senior category participated.
Speaking on the occasion Prof Dr Kotwal State president of host organization said that that BKJ is organizing contest in which about 15 lacs student have participated so for during 2011-12 in the country. “However in J&K about 80 school have participated both at Junior and senor category at Branch Level, he said.
Prof Satesh Anand National chairman Proud sanskar briefed about rules of the competition and also different activities conducted at the national level. Dr Santosh Gupta National convener Youth participation and Prof. Suresh Gupta Zonal organizing Secretary conducted the quiz competition
The first top three positions were bagged by Dogra Hr Sec School, JK Public School and Jodhamal School the Junior category while in senior category by Jogriti Nipetan, Dogra Hr Sec School and Jodhamal School schools respectively
The principal of the school who was special invitee speaking on the occasion appreciated the efforts of BVP by sundering yeoman service to the society by inculcating Bharat Sanskrite patriotism and sanskar among school children.
Arun Sharma General Secretary make all arrangement for the programme and also anchored the proceeding or the programme the programme closed lay reciting National anthem.
