| Teachers’ delegation calls on Director, discusses various issues | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 27: A high level delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Teacher's Forum under the leadership of Abdul Qayoom Wani State Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Teacher's Forum met Director School Education Jammu in his Office Chamber. The State Level Leaders who were the part of delegation were Ganesh Khajuria as a State General Secretary, Rajinder Gupta Provincial President, Satish Dutta and Vinod Sharma Provincial Vice Presidents and Amarnath District General Secretary. In the meeting all the problems pertaining to Teaching Community were discussed in detail for about two hours.
The issue which were discussed in the meeting include release of salary grant well in time, early disposal of Time Bound and G.P Fund Cases and various other issues were deliberated for the betterment of Teaching Community as well as students.
The Director School Education solved some of the problems on the spot and other issue were agreed in principal by him. He assured to solve other issue in a time bound manner.
Director School Education hailed the role of activists and leader of Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Forum throughout the State and hoped that leaders of Forum will continue to cooperate for the betterment of department. Abdul Quyoom Wani and Ganesh Khajuria assured the Director School Education Jammu for their full cooperation for betterment of students and teaching community and hoped that all the issue discussed will be solved as per commitment very soon. |
