Ban on private practice of doctors | Shiv Sena asks govt to implement Court order without delay | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 28:Shiv Sena and Dogra Front have welcomed the J&K High Court’s decision to impose ban on the private practice of doctors and tuitions by government school teachers. Addressing a protest demonstration, shiv Sena president Ashok Gupta said that noble professions of doctor and teacher were turned to exploit people in the name of private practice and tuitions. He said that the ban announced by the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir have shocked the doctors and teachers, however, people are happy as they will now get better services in Hospitals while quality education in schools. Shiv Sena leader further said that both the professions play important and vital role in development of the society. Just to earn more money has made these professions bad in the eyes of society, added Ashok Gupta. He appealed the government to get the High Court order implemented without further delay. Gupta said that Shiv Sena and Dogra Front raised the voice for the ban on private practice of doctors from time to time. Shiv Sena and Dogra Front will see to it that black sheep among the community should not be allowed to continue their practice in spite of ban and warn the Government to take action immediately against all those who are still carrying activities inspite of ban.
