| KV Bantalab celebrate ‘International year of Chemistry’ | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, November 28 : Regional level celebration to observe International Year of Chemistry 2011 was held at K.V Bantalab Jammu with great enthusiasm.
A grand programme was organized to commemorate the memory of Madam Curie and her great contribution in the field of science.
Regional level competition of student participants who had qualified at cluster level in Debate and Quiz Competitions held earlier was conducted on the occasion. Dr P L Kachroo, Retired HOD Department of Chemistry, University of Jammu was the Chief Guest and Somit Srivastava, Assistant Commissioner KV Sangathan Jammu region was the Guest of Honour.
