| NCC day observed in MAM College | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 28:NCC day was celebrated in Government MAM College, Jammu under the supervision of Prof (Lt) Savita Jamwal , ANO and caretaker Prof Joginder Singh. NCC cadets of the college took the NCC pledge to work for the society and for the nation.
Prof Surat Singh from Department of EVS was the resource person. He delivered a lecture on ‘How to save water bodies and conservation of water’ followed by a question Answer session.
Dr. Ajeet Angral, Principal of the college congratulated the cadets and the associated ANO’S on the NCC day and advice the cadets to observe the pledge of NCC day throughout the year.
Earlier, Prof. Savita Jamwal welcomed the gathering and gave report about NCC related activities in the college during the year 2010-11. Vote of thanks was delivered by Prof. Joginder Singh.
Among others who were present on the occasion were Dr Raj Shree Dhar, Dr Mazammil Hussain, Prof I A Khan and Dr Ramesh Gupta.
