| Brahmin Sabha pay tributes to GL Dogra | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 29:Dogra Brahmin Pratinidhi Sabha, Parade, Jammu organised a function to pay tributes to former minister and senior Congress leader Pt. Girdhari Lal Dogra, a popular and outstanding prominent member of the Brahman community.
The programme was presided over by Ved Parkash Sharma President of the Sabha. While addressing the gathering, senior BJP leader Chander Mohan Sharma spoke at length about the social services and great contributions made by Dogra towards the welfare of the state particularly Jammu people.
Sharma said that Dogra was known for his administrative skills adding that he will be remembered for his qualities to serve common man of the state.
Other who paid tributes include Shakti Dutt Sharma, General Secretary, PC Sharma, Suresh Sharma, Gurdas Sharma and others.
