JAMMU, Nov 30:A meeting of Jagti Township migrants was held and the discussions were held for amelioration of ‘miserable condition’ of migrants who are facing ‘hardships and sufferings’
In the meeting, the members said that it has been generally experienced that people are facing serious nature of difficulties while coming and going out from their residential quarters during evening hours to attend their unavoidable daily needs. The non availability of power supply has caused tremendous challenges for the human beings in dire need of hours such as even to go for bathrooms.
They said that the students are facing great difficulties for want of Power supply during their studies in the evenings and early mornings.
With the result, their future has been put at stake. This agony has given rise today mental torture of the parents as well as students.
It was also highlighted that the relief holders are facing hardships due to insufficient economic avenues. The market prices have gone high and are breaking the records day by day. To meet both ends it has become miserable for such families and cash assistance is required to be enhanced upto Rs. 12000 per month.
