Jammu , Nov 30 Placement, Career Counselling and Information Center of Govt. M.A.M College in collaboration with MSMEDI, Jammu, Govt. of India organized one day workshop on Industrial motivational campaign to promote industrialization.
Prof. Ajeet Angral, Principal of the College presided over the function. He said that the main objective of this workshop is to provide a forum to the students to create awareness of different types of schemes available under for the establishment of the enterprises. He spoke at length on Entrepreneurship employment.
A.K.Seth, Dy. Director, MSMEDI, Jammu, B. N. Kapur, Asstt. Director, MSMEDI, Jammu ,K.D. Sharma, Functional Manager, District Industries Centre, Jammu, Gurmail Singh, Director, Ace Infosystems, Jammu were the resource persons. A.K.Seth presented a key note address, B. N. Kapur presented procedure for establishment of MSMEs/ industry and potential projects, K.D.Sharma, explained about the state industrial policies and incentives, while Gurmail Singh interacted with students and gave tips to be a successful entrepreneur. . He gave some important tips to become a successful entrepreneur. Presentations were followed by interactive session in which queries were put forth by participants which were replied in a very simple and impressive way by the Resource persons
Earlier Dr. Raj Shree Dhar, Convener of the Center presented the welcome address. Among others who were present on the occasion were Prof. Savita Jamwal, Prof. I.A.Khan, Prof. Mazammil Hussain, Prof. Joginder Singh, Prof. Sujat Khan.
