JAMMU, Dec 2:To carry out the work of stringing of last span of 33 KV Boria line connecting it with gantry structure of under construction receiving station at Boria, the power supply to Gorkha Nagar, PHE Boria, Bahu Fort and adjoining areas shall remain affected tomorrow from 7 am to 11 am.
Similarly, in order to carry out the urgent works of erection of 132 KC CTs, NCTs, shifting of 33 KV lightening arrestors and other allied works at 132/33 KV Grid station Akhnoor, the power supply to areas of Akhnoor, Jourian, Tanda, MES and Ranjan Lift Irrigation shall remain affected on December 4 from 8 am to 1 pm.
In order to make the LILO arrangement of the line at 132 KC Grid Station Pouni Chak through, the shut down to the areas being fed from Grid Station Canal Shall remain affected on December 4 from 8 a m to 1 p m.
In order to carry out annual maintenance of Sewa-II power station and all the lines emanating from Sewa-II HEP (i.e Hiranagar-Sewa-II line-I and Sewa-II Mahanpur line), the power supply to the areas being fed from Grid Station Mahanpur shall remain affected on December 4, 2011 from 9 a m to 5 p m.
In order to carry out the work of erection of 132 KV SF-6 Circuit Breakers and CVTs in two numbers 132 KV D/C Hiranagar-Battal Manwal line bays at Hiranagar Grid station, the power supply to the areas being fed from Grid Station Kathua, Hiranagar, Samba, Billawar, Mahanpur and Bari-Brahmana Industrial areas shall remain affected on December 4 from 9 a m to 1 p m.
