| Nadda’s remarks over ‘disqualification’ baseless: Lal Chand | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Dec 2: Taking strong notice of the remarks of the National General Secretary ,J.P Nadda, saying justifying Disqualification of MLA’s allegedly involved in cross voting as right decision, MLA Bani Master Lal Chand termed it baseless, bundle of lies and conspiracy to defame the MLA’s.
In his statement, one of the seven disqualified MLAs, Lal Chand who also has defamation suit against the Senior leaders of BJP including J.P Nadda in Bani, stated that Jugal Kishore has no legal authority to disqualify them as Prof Chaman Lal Gupta is still the elected leader of BJP Legislature Party. “The decision to expel the M.L.A’s is biased and plotted by puppets of National Conference and Congress in State BJP in connivance with central leaders to serve their vested designs, he stated.
Alleging a group of leaders is running the party like a monopoly, Lal Chand further said that there was no proper parameter adopted to verify the facts of cross voting
