| Convener, FWO Tiger Division visits APS Jammu Cantt | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 2:Anupama Chhikara, Convener FWO, Tiger Division visited Army Public School Jammu Cantt, here today.
She was given a warm welcome by the Principal, Anu Jandial, Coordinators and the school appointees.
After interacting with the Coordinators and the School staff members Appointees, she went around the School where the Principal apprised her of the various aspects of School working. She took keen interest in the activities going on in the School. She seemed quite contented with the display of Science and Maths garden and was of the opinion that students keenly relate the two experiences of indoor and outdoor learning and are greatly benefited by this.
Chhikara went to the Puppet Room and was greatly fascinated to see the display of Puppet show handled by the Primary teachers. She opined that this is the best way to imbibe moral values through creative and artistic display especially for the students from Classes I to V.
She visited the Library, Science Labs, Dance Room, Computer Lab and Art & Craft Room of the School. She also went to the venue where Inter-house Rangoli Competition was being held. She was extremely mesmerized by the intricate & beautiful Rangolies and appreciated the students for their dexterity and talent.
Convener complimented the Principal and staff for their commendable efforts in bringing the School to this level of excellence. She extended her heartiest greetings and good wishes for having acquired distinguished name in this region.
