Pak woman among six lifted from Jammu railway station, 2 Bangla national held
Traveled via Nepal, after formal arrest sent to JIC

Jammu, Dec 2: Counter Intelligence (CI) wing of Jammu police today reportedly lifted six persons including a Pakistani woman from Jammu railway station here today, police sources said adding two Bangla nationals were held in border village of Kanachak.
Informed sources within police said that all the six persons were arrested on the basis of inputs received from Intelligence Bureau (IB). "Suspected to be guide, all the six persons were lifted from Amarnath Express from platform No 1, sources said.
Sources identified four of them as Zahoor, Aijaz, Rafiz and Khurshid, all hailing from Kashmiri however they kept identity of the woman and her two girl children withheld from security point of view.
"Following a specific input received regarding the entry of four Kashmir based youth alongwith a Pakistani women, suspected to be militant's guide has entered India via Nepal from intelligence agencies about three days ago, a special team was constituted which acted promptly and lifted the alleged accused from Railway Station just after their arrival in Jammu, sources said.
Sources added that as the mentors of militants across the border feeling that insurgency has been lowered down due to lack of top cadre (due to killing in different anti insurgency operation by security forces in state further has demoralized terror cadre forcing many of them to surrender) and in an attempt to rekindle the insurgency and to motivate new cadre fresh recruits are being dispatched from terror camps via Nepal to avoid elimination during infiltration attempts at LoC or International Border. From the possession of arrested persons police recovered passport, Pakistani currency as well as Indian currency notes and identity cards, reportedly fake, from the possession of Pakistani woman.
"All the six apprehended persons, reportedly, were dispatched to Joint Interrogation Centre, Jammu for their further interrogation was in progress to reach the depth of the case, sources said
Meanwhile police sources also added besides apprehension of six terror suspects, police have arrested two Bangla nationals from border village of Kana chak in Akhnoor on Thursday.
When contacted SHO Kanachak Police Station Rajinder Kumar confirmed the apprehension of Bangla nationals and revealed during the preliminary questioning the duo have been identified as Shah Din and Nizam-ud-Din of Bangla desh.
