| Babu Singh opposes FDI in retail | | Terms it as blow to Indian economy | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Dec 3:Ex-Power Minister and founder of Nature Mankind Friendly Global Movement Babu Singh strongly condemned the decision of union Govt to open the retail sector to FDI to appease its western corporate capitalist’s masters and posed a deadly blow to the economy of the country while he was addressing a gathering of youth in Nagri Kathua here today.
He said that the capitalists wether inside or outside the country are one and their motive, policies are common. Singh said that they are anti-nature and anti-mankind based on the principal of maximum profit and extreme exploitation of both natural resources and mankind for their own benefit due to which entire humankind and nature arrived at the verge of extinction. He said that this corporate capitalist system has posed two fold threats before the entire mankind one is climate change and other is de-humanization (poverty, starvation, unemployment and etc). He pointed out that this one sided corporate capitalist system is the responsible for corruption, development of undemocratic tendencies, social and economic inequality, unemployment, poverty and etc. the present capitalist system is the regulated by the top industrial houses, bureaucrats, and top politicians their deep and strong nexus and imposed on the innocent masses of the world. The allowing of FDI in retail market which is worth of 27 lakhs crores in India is entirely inspired by capitalist system, he said.
