| NC, Kathua unit pays tributes to Sher-e-Kashmir | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua 5 December: District committee of National Conference has organized a programme to pay holy tribute to the Sher-e-Kashmir of Jammu and Kashmir Sheikh Abdullah on the eve of his106th birth anniversary under the chairmanship of district president of NC unit Kathua and ex-MLA Dhian Chand in the district office of the committee.
On the occasion the along with district president Dhian Chand, president of Youth wing of NC S. Harpreet Singh, senior NC leaders K.K. Bakshi, Subash Chander (Azad), Tony and others paid their floral tribute to the stalwart leader of the JK Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Abdullah and remembered his sacrifices, teachings and honest dedication to promote the welfare of the people of the JK state.
While speaking on the occasion the Youth wing leader of NC S. Harpreet Singh and senior most leader Subash Chander (Azad) said that Sher-e-Kashmir Jenab Sheikh Abdullah was the true of leader of the poor, down trodden and help less people of the state as well as entire world, his dynamic initiatives, dedicated and holy determinations to uplift the ground based masses in particular and entire masses in general are well known world wide for which he is known as the Sher-e-Kashmir and revolutionary leader.
They said that he was a charismatic leader who left an indelible mark on the socio-political history of Jammu and Kashmir.
They recalled the revolutionary steps taken by the legendary leader in steering the people out of poverty and backwardness towards political and social emancipation and economic resurgence.
On the occasion they also appreciated the coalition Govt led by the Omar Abdullah to take remarkable and historical decision to implement the new recruitment policy according to which more unemployed youth of the state would get the opportunity in Govt. Services.
They also condemned the organizations those are opposing the new recruitment policy, to befool and misguide the innocent commoners of the state, basically these oppositions are designed as per the top class conspiracy against the Omar Abdulla and his Govt so they are taking the recruitment policy as weapon to hammer the NC which has been occupied in the hearts of the common man of the state.
