| MLA Bhaderwah kick starts distribution of solar lights | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
DODA, Dec 6:Former Minister and MLA Bhaderwah M S Niaz kick started the distribution of over 692 solar lights in Block Bhalessa.
Among prominent Sarpanches of the block, BDO Bhalessa Anil Kumar and District Officer Science and Technology and their field staff were present on the occasion.
The beneficiaries of un-electrified areas like Ghoa, Jugasar, Banwas, Jashoo, Luddu, Rajpura and Kanser.
MLA Bhaderwah M S Niaz while speaking directed officers of the both departments to immediately prepare the list of leftover un-electrified areas like Jhuri, Nalli, Kuti, Chach Katala, Kirlu Kharangal, Shingani, Julu and Samai so that the solar home lights can also be provided to them on 10% subsidy enabling their children to study in better light.
MLA also directed the officers to prepare DPRs to cover maximum villages of the far flung areas of block Bhallesa under solar power plant and snow bound area schemes. The beneficiaries and all present there thanked the initiative of the govt.and MLA Bhaderwah for providing the domestic solarlites.
