NC IS NOT GOING TO SUPPORT ANY LAW, WHICH HURTS COMMON MAN: Rather

MLA from, Charar-e-Shrief and leader of opposition party National Conference (NC) Abdul Rahim Rather describes Roshni act as a gift to land grabbers by the coalition government. The act has created unrest among the masses. While talking to ‘E.T.’, Rather said, the Roshini ordinance allows the land grabbers to legalize the land by making payingf for it.
E.T:- Sir, your reaction on current budget session.
Rather:- Nothing special, why condition Govt took this step is best know to them, by changing the routine process, there will be no change in the desting of this state.
E.T:- Why your party is against Roshini Act
Rather:- The Roshini ordinance of the coalition government is to reward criminals. The land was given to farmers by NC. Govt, under the land to tillers programme. These farmers are worried lot and apprehend trouble from this act.
E.T.:- what about corruption has govt succeed in curbing it?
Rather:- No, those, who are corrupt should be punished irrespective of their status etc. NC will support Govt fully to eliminate the menace of corruption from the state.
E.T.: Has opening of Uri- Muzzafarabad road benefited people of both the countries ?
Rather:- People, who want to use this road can do so, but due to red tape and pathetic attitude of authorities concerned people face lot of problems. Govt. should facilitate free movements of people and trade across borders.
E.T.: Is NC going to support Roshini Act.
Rather:- NC is not going to support any law which hurts the common man and farmers.
