EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Dec 7:The ongoing selection process for State Representation at 19th national level Children’s Science Congress concluded here at Heritage School. 49 Schools from all over the State, comprising of 250 students and escort teachers, competed for the selection of their science projects. The 16 teams selected who will represent the State at Nationals to be held in Jaipur are Heritage School, Jammu, Naveen Vidya Mandir, Jammu, Govt. Girls Middle School, Udhampur, KC Public School, Jammu, Panorama Public School, Rajouri, Public School Bijbehara, Radiant Public School, Anantnag (two projects), DPS, Anantnag (three projects), Govt. Boys Higher Sec School, Leh, Minto Circle School, Srinagar, Presentation Convent, Rajbagh, Srinagar, Burnhall School, Srinagar, Bose Science Club, RPS, Anantnag. Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation Raman Bhalla inaugurated the competition at auditorium of Heritage School. Dr Gagan Gupta, Associated Professor from NCERT, New Delhi, Dr VP Singh from DIET, New Delhi, Dr Avtar Singh Dhandera from DIET , Sangroor and Prof Ghulam Nabi Hajam were the judges.
