| Sher-e-kashmir’s B Anniversary observed at Mother Terresa Home | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu DEC 7:
In connection with observance of 106th death anniversary of Sher-i-Kashmir, Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah; J&K Christian Dalit Association organized a programme at Mother Teresa Home Janipur.
S Peter, Chairman of the association distributed eatable and other consumable items among the inmates of the Home.
Recalling contribution of late leader who was worked for the upliftment of down trodden, Chairman of Organization said the then Chief Minister of the State, had allotted the land for the Home for Christian destitute and orphans to be lodged in Mother Teresa Charity Home.
Ratan Lal Gupta, Jammu provincial president of the National Conference, who was the chief guest on the occasion, cut 106 cake and distributed the same among the inmates of the Home.
Former MoS Rampal, Ravi Mahajan, Bimla Luthra, Veena Oberoi, Satwant Kaur, Kashmira Singh ex-MLC, Nazir Ahmed and Om Prakash Bali were also present on the occasion.
