| Duggar Drama Fest -2011 in the offing | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 8: The historic effort envisaged by Nav Durga Kala Manch in the Dogri arena of theatrical endeavors is soon going to be a reality.
The eight days Dogri theatre festival entitled ‘Duggardrama Fest-2011’ is scheduled to open at Performing Art Studio wherein topmost theatrical groupos of the state would be in for exhibiting thire expertise in the field.
This is for the first time in the theatrical history of the state that a pure dogri drama festival is bring organized on the land of duggars as Aaditya Bhanu, the man behind the show is all buoyed to take up the challenge.
“I had a strong feeling to rope in various groups of the state to come forward to exhibit their strong exhibition of the Dogri talent in theatre and after months long deliberations with the Vikram Sharma, the senior most theater artist and director of the state that we came up with this venture,” said Aaditya Bhanu , the organizer of the mega event .
Lalit Magotra, president Dogri Sanstha showered his blessings on the talented bunch of theatre doers for having come up with a most exciting venture in Dogri. “This is the real need of the hour for the young theatre doers to hone their skills in Dogri theater. I wish them all success in their great efforts,” said Lalit Magotra.
Some of the senior directors of the state viz Umesh Singh, Ravinder Sharma, O P Shakir , Kailash Raj Sharma , Aaditya Bhanu , Lucky Gupta would be their talent in the festival that starts on Dec 10 .
