Hindu Shiv Sena criticized government | | | Early Times Report JAMMU , December 8 : An emergency meeting of the Executive body of Hindu Shiv Sena Jammu-Kashmir, was held, under the chairmanship of Krishan Manhas, President of the Sena, where the members have shown their great resentments against the administration of the J&K State Government to authorize the Revenue department and empower the Tehsildar to undertake the registration of the documents of Sale deed etc. pertaining to the land and other immoveable properties, and withdrawing the Judicial powers for undertaking the Registration of sale deed etc. pertaining to land and other immoveable properties. While speaking in the meeting, Krishan Manhas, the Supreme of Hindu Shiv Sena, Jammu-Kashmir, strongly criticized the Administration of state Government for authoritising the Tehsildar Revenue department, to undertake the Registration of sale deed etc. pertaining to immoveable properties in J&K, and withdrawing the powers of the Judicial authority. He said that it is openly said that if a person wants to obtain a copy of the Ax-chhajra/Jamabandi/Girdawari, from the patwari of the Revenue Department in respect of the land belonging to same applicant, the applicant has to grease the palms of the patwari as per the demand of the Patwari, concerned of Revenue department for obtaining the copies of the records of the land of the land owner. Manhas said, that it shall be very difficult for those persons to get their things done for the Registration of the documents, through the Revenue department without gratifications. While speaking in the meeting Arjun Sharma, Jammu District President of Hindu Shiv Sena Jammu-Kashmir has said that Hindu Shiv Sena Jammu-Kashmir will give its full support to the Bar Association of Jammu, for opposing the decision made by the administration of state Govt. to allow Tehsildar Revenue to undertake the registration of documents . He said that it is an open chapter, that the officials of Revenue department will not undertake any such jobs without gratifications as it being observed by the public. The executive members of Hindu Shiv Sena Jammu Kashmir, have appealed to the administration of the state Government headed by Omar Abdullah, as chief Minister of J&K State to withdraw such proposal for authorizing Tehsildars of Revenue department, to undertaking the registration of the documents pertaining sale deed, etc of the land and other immoveable properties in the J&K state. |
