New Recruitment Policy: YJKL protests by selling vegetables | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu Dec 9: Youths of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh (YJKL) in a unique protest today organized a protest demonstration against fresh recruitment policy and sold vegetables to stage their protest at Bikram Chowk. Led by Suresh Ajay Magotra chairman YJKL the activists of the Organizations staged a unique protest in which the protestors sold vegetables for 3 hours. Amidst sloganeering against the new recruitment policy and against state govt, the activist posed that the policy will force the educated youths to go for the alternative options instead of looking for govt jobs. Addressing the gathering Suresh Ajay Magotra said that state govt is befooling the youth of Jammu and Kashmir in the name of new recruitment policy and working on the path to demoralize educated youth not to go for education as they are unable to provide salaries to the educated unemployed youth of the state. He alleged Congress and NC are showing green pastures to masses but are taking the people on ride claiming tall claims of their achievements. Speakers said that state govt instead of restraining the salaries of MLAs and Ministers are forcing educated youth to accept the New Policy as a measure to check the extra burden on govt exchequer and to meet the financial crunch the state government is facing. Among others who participated in the protest included Ch Nasib Ali general secretary YJKL, Raman Sharma Vice Chairman YJKL Baber Ali, Rishi, Javed Enamul, Manjoot Singh, Stanzin, Ajay and Anil Sharma,
