| J&K Land Owners Property Dealers Association frames body | | Demands cancellation of circular issued by FC | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 9:
J&K Land Owners Property Dealers Association held the meeting of its office bearer at Sanik Colony Jammu and constituted the body of the association. All the members of the association during the meeting unanimously elected Kapil Salathia as President, Ranbir Singh as Vice President and Gagandeep Singh as General Secretary of the association.
While addressing the meeting, Kapil Salathia thanked all the members of the association for showing faith in his leadership. Salathia assured the members of the association that he will fight for the cause of J&K Land Owner and Property dealers. Salathia on behalf of the association demanded for cancellation of circular issued by Financial Commissioner (Revenue) Govt of Jammu and Kashmir wide circular number FC/Cord/Misc/Circular/128/2011 dated 16-09-2011.
Salathia termed the circular of Financial Commissioner as anti land owners and property dealers.
During the course of the meeting all the member unanimously decided to held the meeting of land owners and property dealers from across the state on December11 at Jammu, so that the future course of action could be decided.
It was also decided that a delegation of the association will also called on Revenue Minister Raman Bhalla and will apprised him about the problem faced by the land owners and property dealers in Jammu and Kashmir.
