| ‘Weekly Cause’ lists will be available on SIC Website | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Dec 9: The Jammu and Kashmir State Information Commission on the pattern of High Court has published weekly cause list of cases both 2nd appeals and complaints on the commission’s website, ‘www.jksic.nic.in.
The move has come after direction from the Chief Information Commissioner GR Sufi. Now the appellants can view the status of their pending cases with the commission by clicking on this link http://jksic.nic.in/cause%20list%20CIC.htm.
Raman Sharma, the RTI activist while congratulating the Information Commission has said the move will help in strengthening the RTI culture in the state and other Public Institutions should also follow the suit.
