| Demands construction of GDC Bhalessa’s building | | Bhat calls on Education Minsiter | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 9: National Conference leader from Doda (Bhalessa) Mohd Iqbal Bhatt met with Minister for Higher Education Abdul Gani Malik and apprised him about the functioning of GDC Bhalessa and problems being faced by the student community and staff due to the non-availability of college building, staff and other infrastructure.
He stresses for execution of work for the construction of college building. Posting of teaching and non-teaching staff in the college on account of which future of the students of this hilly terrain is suffering adversely he stated that at present Hr. Sec. and college are functioning in a single building means for Hr. Sec. which creates troublesome.
He also approached the Minister CAPD Qamar Ali Akhoon and appraised him about the problems being faced by the people of this far-flung and hilly areas of Chenab Valley especially Doda, Bhaderwah, Tahthri and Bhalessa, Kishtwar and Ramban areas especially during winter seasons due to the shortage of K-oil, LPG, Ration particularly during winter.
