In a national address, Prof Bhim Singh, Chairman NPP, administered oath to 500 strong Panthers activists in the capital pledging to strengthen the movement of ultimate revolution so that corruption shall be weeded out of every sphere of life, may that be public concern or private sector. Besides, the NPP Chief warned the Nation that the seeds of corruption are born in the womb of electoral system which the foundation stone of democracy. He said the present election system is responsible for corrupting a grass root voter and every vote seeker is responsible to make him corrupt. He warned that corruption shall not vanish from the country as long as this menace is not weeded out from electoral system. He described the MPLADS( Parliament Members Constituency fund) as legitimate Act of parliament to promote corruption. Imagine Rs 5000 crores of rupees are swindled at the pleasure of the legislators when one third of them have no constituency without any accountability at all. What honesty one can expect from such law makers.
