Three days police remand of ASI Booked in bribery case

Jammu, Dec 10: Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Jammu today granted three days police custody remand of ASI Ranjeet Singh of P/S Domana Jammu who was caught red-handed by the VOJ team while accepting bribe of Rs 1500/-.
Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Jammu Jaffer Hussain Beigh today granted three days police custody remand of ASI Ranjeet Singh of P/S Domana Jammu who was caught red-handed by the VOJ team while accepting bribe of Rs 1500/-.
Earlier Vigilance Organization today produced Ranjeet Singh ASI in the Court along with application seeking remand of the accused because investigation of the case is not complete.
Court after hearing Investigating Officer Inspector Ashok Singh and Senior Prosecuting officer Anil Magotra remanded accused to police custody for a period of three days from today to December 12 with direction that accused be medically examined after every 48 hours. (JNF)
