| R D arrangements finalized at Baramulla | | | Baramulla, Jan 11
Arrangements with regard to celebrations of Republic Day function in Baramulla district were finalized at a meeting of officers here today with the Deputy Commissioner Baramulla in chair. Several decisions for smooth conduct of the daylong celebrations were discussed in detail.
It was informed in the meeting that the Day would start with Shahnaiwadan at police lines Baramulla. After this the tricolor would be hoisted followed by March past the contingents of JKP, JKAP, CRPF, Auxiliary police. Fire & Emergency Service, NCC and fourteen contingents of School and college students.
Besides, a cultural show would be presented by School children and Information Department and main government buildings would be illuminated in the evening. |
