Mughalen Saltanat Baksh Aurhi Perfomed | Duggar Drama Fest-2011 | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu Dec 11:- On the Second day of Duggar Drama Fest-2011 organized by Nav Durga Kala Manch by Aaditya Bhanu, “Mughalen Saltanat Baksh Aurhi” was performed by Rangalok at Performing Art Studio. The play was originally written by Rajesh Kumar while its dogri translation, direction and design was done by Lucky Gupta. The core theme of the play was based on the social theme of unusual adaptation of foreign made brands and their usage by Indian people. English used to rule india 200 years back, but since after them going out of india the situation has still not yet changed. We the Indians are still using the brands made by them. Almost every product used Indian home is a foreign made brand. We Indians are so much so adapted to the foreign names and brands. We have all the infrastructure to make all the products but still are used to the foreign names and brands. The performer of the play Lucky Gupta proved his guts once again as he was fully able to perform a role which covered almost nearly nine characters at one time. All the characters were so well knitted by the performer that the audience was spellbound. Vijay Sharma, well known theatrist, was very much impressed by the performance, he awarded lucky by giving him a sum rupees 2100. Lucky Gupta stated after his performance that rangalok is going to present 30 shows of Mughalon Ne Saltanat Baksh Dee all over jammu from tomorrow. Tomorrow, a new dogri play would be performed at Performing Art Studio, Tangewali gali, Kachi Chowni, Jammu.
