Jodhamal School celebrates annual day | | | Early Times Report JAMMU , December 11: Jodhamal Public School today celebrated its 7th annual day-Cheerio Carnival where the talented students of the school gave enthralling performance, which were a treat for the parents and the chief guests. The guests were welcomed by Krishna Bhati (Principal) Jodhamal School and Nandan Kuthiala (Trustee). Raman Bhalla Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation was the chief guest. Other dignitaries present on the occasion were D R Doley Barman (ADGP), Dr B Srinivas (IGP), Garib Dass (DIG) , Rajesh Kumar (DIG), Tsering Phunsog (DIG) and Anurag Kumar (DIG) on the occasion. The carnival kicked off with a rocking and foot tapping performance by our schools very own Rockband - “the ROCKSTERS” who had everybody swaying to the beats of various happening songs. This was followed by a traditional Indian musical extravaganza performed by the talented Orchestra Group of Jodhamal Public School. Krishna Bhati, Principal said that over the years, the school has reached new heights and given its students many opportunities to grow and applauded the efforts put in by the staff and children. The Vice Principal Rohini Aima presented the annual sports report, followed by Monika Sethi the dean of the school who gave the yearly account of the students excellent academic performance and achievements. Scholarships were awarded to the meritorious students. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks presented by Sh. Vikrant Kuthiala followed by the National Anthem.
