| KPCC holds core group meet; restructured body to be announced soon | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 11: Kashyap Progressive Commerce and Commercial Foundation {KP Chamber of Commerce} (KPCC) today held the first ever core group meeting under the chairmanship of its new Global President Deepak Daftari who was elected to the coveted post after the sad and untimely demise of Vikram Bhat recently.
It was the first ever core group meeting of KPCC after the election of Deepak Daftari as the Global President in which various important issues were discussed by the core group members and certain important decisions were taken to formulate future strategy of KPCC at local, national and global level.
The core group appreciated the efforts of Deepak Daftari to take over the reins of the group at a time when the sudden demise of Vikram Bhat had left a void in KPCC and once again reiterated their confidence in the leadership of Deepak Daftari asking him to take KPCC to the zenith as visualised by late Vikram Bhat.
The core group also accorded its approval to the proposal of the new Global President to re-establish contact with the erstwhile founder members of KPCC like Sidharth Zarabi, Sanjay Ganjoo, Manoj Bhan, Ajay Bharati and Ajay Pandita and request them to continue to support KPCC in future as they have been doing earlier.
The core group also accorded approval to the membership of Deepak Bhat, brother of late Vikram Bhat as the new member of KPCC besides the proposal to organise a global conference of KPCC at Jammu in near future.
The core group members also authorised Deepak Daftari to formulate the future course of strategy and announce the new restructured body of KPCC very soon.
Later Deepak Daftari while thanking the core group for reposing confidence in him said that he would try his level best to come up to the expectations of the core group members as well as realise the dream of late Vikarm Bhat and declared that a new restructured Global Body of KPCC would be announced very soon.
The core group members who participated in this crucial meeting include the members from Jammu and New Delhi while the meeting was chaired by the newly elected Global President Deepak Daftari.
