| Religious functions organised in Baba Sawan Shahid Ji Shrine | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI , December 11 : Seasonal Bhandara and Hawan was organised in the shrine of Baba Sawan Shahid Ji Shrine in the Mankote area of Rajouri district.
Firstly hawan was organised in the shrine in the wee hours after which Bhandara was organised. A large number of locals and devotes of this shrine attended this religious ceremony and prayed for peace and brotherhood in the world.
It should be noted that locals of this area organised such a religious function in the shrine after the end of every agricultural season and people belonging to Hindu, Muslim and Sikh community take active part in it.
Baba Sawan Shahid Shrine Committe President Koshal Bakshi, Vice-President Vicky Sasan, General - Secretary Ishan Tara, Chief Resource person Sumit Bhargav, Co-ordinator Rajan chatyal, Arrangement Incharge Gotam tara all of whom are below 22 years of age among others arranged the whole event.
On the other hand, construction work for 'Kutiya' was started in the ashram of Bapu Asaram Ji Maharaj present in the Kariyan area of Rajouri. Bhandara was also organised on this occassion in which a large number of devotes and locals took part.
