Jammu, Dec 12: J&K High Court Jammu Wing today in a petition filed by Rakesh Singh facing trial in much publicized Amandeep Murder issued notice to State of J&K through Commissioner/Secretary Home Dept & Ors returnable on December 16. Court directed the Registry to send a copy of this order to trial Court forthwith.
Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir of J&K High Court Jammu Wing today in a petition filed by Rakesh Singh facing trial in much publicized Amandeep Murder after hearing Adv AK Sawheny for the petitioner issued notice to State of J&K through Commissioner/Secretary Home Dept & Ors returnable on December 16, 2011. Dasti Service is also permitted. Court directed the Registry to send a copy of this order to trial Court forthwith.
In the petition seeking quashedment of orders passed by trial Court on November 5, 2011 (whereby the Trial Court directed to produce prosecution witness Asmat Aarra, Kiran Bala and Mumtaz for record their statement ) and also seeking direction to Trial Court for recording the statement of Prosecution Witness namely Tej Pal Singh.
