| NCP celebrates 71st birthday of Sharad Pawar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 13: State unit of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) today celebrated 71st birthday of Sharad Pawar, national president NCP and Union Agriculture Minister.
Party organised a function which was chaired by state president NCP Randhir Singh who praised the leadership of Pawar and his contribution to the country.
Singh directed the district and block units to celebrate the birth anniversary of Pawar by holding rallies, meetings in coming days so that the message of the party is spread among the masses.
Singh a veteran leader who is associated with Sharad Pawar for the last 40 years described him a leader with a vision who has worked for the welfare of the farmers.
He said NCP is party of the masses and number of steps has been taken by the party for the upliftment of the farmers.
