| VC trying to get extension of tenure for him: JYF | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 13: The Jammu Youth Forum (JYF) today alleged that Jammu University (JU) Vice Chancellor Prof Varun Sahni for putting pressure upon Chancellor N N Vohra to gift him extension of the tenure.
Addressing a meeting here today, the JYF president Sandeep Chib disclosed that Vice Chancellor has activated his string of group in the campus to launch propaganda drive against the Chancellor. The JU teachers and officers who toe the line of Prof. Varun Sahni have been told that Chancellor N N Vohra intentionally left without extension to him.
Chib criticized Prof Sahni for continuing in the chair of Vice Chancellor after the conclusion of his tenure. Among those who were present in the meeting included, Bikram Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Sachin Sharma, Neeraj, Sapna Rani, Atul Sharma, Renu Sharma, Anita Kumari, Ajit Sharma, Rohit Mahajan, Ritu and others.
