| Bootlegger held, illicit liquor destroyed | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 13: Police today apprehended a bootlegger at Randwan here and
destroyed illicit liquor.
Cops raided Randwan and arrested Dev Raj, son of Tej Ram, after four litres of illicit liquor and 900 litres of lahan were recovered from his possession.
The liquor and the lahan were destroyed on the spot, and Dev was arrested, police
said.
The accused was booked under section 48(a) of excise act.
