| Free medical camp at Vivekanand Medical Mission Charitable Hospital concludes | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, December 13: 15th Free Kshar-Sootra Camp for the treatment of piles, fistula and other diseases organized by Swami Vivekanand Medical Mission Charitable Ayurvedic Hospital, Shastri Nagar concluded today under the presidentship of Banarsi Dass Gupta, EX.M.C. President of the Mission.
The participant Kshar Sootra Experts from Barailly (U.P.) and Charitable Ayurvedic Hospital Shastri Nagar.
The doctors performed 54 operations comprising 17 external piles, 18 internal piles and 19 fistulas in the two days Ano-Rectal camp.
A total of 187 patients were registered in the camp and given treatment for various diseases suffering from Ano-Rectal diseases namely piles, fistulas, fissures, irritating bowel syndromes, pruritis in Ano etc.
Banarsi Dass Gupta, President of the Mission while concluding the camp released the annual Report of the achievements of the Charitable Ayurvedic Hospital Shastri Nagar and conveyed special thanks to Sham Lal Sharma, Minister for Health, Horticulture & Floriculture Departments, Dr. Abdul Kabir Oar, Director ISM, J&K Government.
