| Aryans Group celebrated birthday of its founder | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 13: Students and Staff of Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh celebrated the 63rdbirthday of Prof. D. C. Kataria, founder of the group. The celebrations started with the cake cutting ceremony by Prof. Kataria.
There was a special session where employees shared their messages about their experiences at Aryans which added a special touch to the occasion.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group said that he has been a guiding force behind the foundation and progress of the colleges. Group started with one B School but with his guidance and Support in a short span of 5 years the group is now running MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Ed and Engineering Colleges. From this session onwards the Group is coming up with Nursing and Polytechnic College.
It is to be mentioned that Prof Kataria did his MA (Economics) from Dehradun and Mussoorie. He started his career as an Economics lecturer in Government College, Muktsar.
In 2002, he shifted to Chandigarh and worked there for more than 10 years for spreading awareness regarding UGC, NET examination and guided around 1000 students.
