| Theft in Narwal, gold worth thousands stolen | | | JAMMU | JAN 11
Thieves last night struck in a house at Narwal area and stole away gold ornaments and cash worth thousands of rupees.
According to reports, last night thieves entered into the house of Mohd Arif son of Mohd Aziz of Narwal and stole away with cash amount of 15 thousand along with some gold ornaments. In the morning, when Arif came to know about theft, he immediately brought the matter into the notice of Police.
Police after verifying the facts registered a case in this regard and started investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile, a house was also gutted in fire last night in Rajeev Nagar area of Narwal. A fire brigade team immediately rushed to the spot and controlled the fire.
