| Quashment of lecturers of Dental College Challeged | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 14: Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing today stayed the order writ Court whereby the writ Court seta-side the selection of four lecturers of dental college who were selected through nodal agency Public Service Commission.
Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing comprising Chief Justice FM Ibrahim Kalifulla and Justice Virender Singh today stayed the order writ Court whereby the writ Court seta-side the selection of four lecturers of dental college. The selection was made by the Public Service Commission.
In view of the strike of Bar Association Jammu, Appellant Dr Mandeep Kour appeared in person and argued at length, Division Bench after hearing appellant in length admit the petition and issued notice. The Caveator who appeared in person takes notice takes notice and Court also issued CMP and in the meanwhile ordered that there will be an interim stay and the appellant shall be permitted to join duty forthwith and clarified that her joining will, however, be subject to the outcome of this appeal.
According to the LPA, the appellant was selected by the Public Service Commission as lecturers Oral Medicine &Radiology, Oral Surgery, Periodontal and Lecturer Dental Oral Pathology. (JNF)
