| Works remain suspended in Kathua Court | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua Dec 14: Usual works remain suspended in Kathua Court by the advocates in order to lodge their protest against the J&K Govt order for transferring land registration work to the revenue department of the state and slashing the recruitment quota for session Judges.
Speaking on the occasion Advocates Rakesh Thakur, Ajat Shatru, Saurav Mahajan, Atul Andotra, Kamaljeet Singh and Rohit Sharma urged the state government to revoke its order to transferring of land registration work from judiciary to revenue department and not to reduce the quota system of the advocate for the post of session judges. They said the state Govt has attacked on the right of the advocate and their dignity also which would never be tolerated at any cast.
