| Recent JKMSS polls bogus and violative of Sabha constitution | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua Dec14: The Kathua Distt President All JK Mahasha Sadar Sabha (AJKMSS) CHO (Retd) Som Nath has condemned the appointment of state president of JK Mahasha Sadar Sabha (JKMSS) with the violation of constitution of the Sabha and termed the recent polls bogus.
Distt President of Sabha Som Nath in a press conference today questioned on what constitutional ground the new notification issued on 14-11-2011 by the former chairman of the Election Commission Board of (JKMSS) B L Bharti for conducting the election for the president of All JK Mahasha Sadar Sabha (AJKMSS) while the former Chairman B L Bharti has no legal and constitutional power. He further told that secondly Rattan Chand Kalotra is the present existing president of the All J&K Mahasha Sadar Sabha (AJKMSS) who had been elected on 19-12-2010 for three years at the head office of the Sabha in Dogra Hall Jammu, thirdly the tenure of the state president of AJKMSS has yet to complete in 2014 then so all the terms and conditions as per the constitution shows that the election of the state president of AJKMSS. He said elections conducted under former chairman’s leadership are bogus and fake which is the part of a hatched conspiracy to befool and plunder the sentiments of community to meet their hidden self interests.
Balak Ram, Amar Nath Bogal, Shiv Dass, Pir Mukhtiar, Tarsem Lal, Harnam Singh, Dr Kishan Chand, Dr Shiv Kumar, Subash Chander(Azad) and Janak Raj also addressed the conference.
