| Interim bail granted to Madan Aggarwal | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 16 : J&K High Court Jammu Wing in a bail application filed
by Madan Lal Aggarwal granted interim bail for two weeks provided
petitioner furnishes bail bond and personal bond to the tune of Rs
20,000 to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial High Court Jammu
Wing subject to the conditions.
Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir of J&K High Court Jammu Wing referring to in
a bail application filed by Madan Lal Aggarwal granted interim bail
for two weeks provided petitioner furnishes bail bond and personal
bond to the tune of Rs 20,000 to the satisfaction of the Registrar
Judicial High Court Jammu Wing subject to the conditions that
petitioner shall remain present before the Investigating Officer or
before Court as and when required to do so, he shall not tried to win
over or harass the prosecution witnesses or jump over the concession
of bail in any manner; that in case hs makes any disclosure statement
which lead to recovery, in that even he shall be deemed to be in
police custody in terms of Section 27 of the Evidence Act.
According to case the Drug Inspector Jammu Zone lodged a complaint
against Madan Lal Aggarwal for offence u/s 18-A, 28 (VI) r/w section
27-D of Drug & Cosmetic Act and Rules 106 and pursuance to the process
so directed, accused has appeared before this Court.
